ARRIVING AT DUESSELDORF AIRPORT (EDDL) ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A
GENERAL DECLARATION (GENDEC) VIA EMAIL TO THE APPROPRIATE GROUND
HANDLING SERVICE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM THE AIRPORT OF ORIGIN.
THIS MEASURE FACILITATES IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE PROCEDURES UPON
ARRIVAL.
1. REQUIRED INFORMATION:
THE GENDEC MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING PASSENGER DETAILS FOR ALL
PERSONS ON BOARD, AS REQUIRED UNDER CURRENT ENTRY REGULATIONS:
- FULL NAME (FIRST AND LAST NAME)
- DATE OF BIRTH
- NATIONALITY
2. SUBMISSION:
THE COMPLETED GENDEC MUST BE SENT BEFORE DEPARTURE TO ONE OF THE
FOLLOWING AUTHORIZED GROUND HANDLING PROVIDERS VIA EMAIL:

3. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE:
